    • Take 1/2 cup of dried dates (chuara) and grind them into a fine powder using a mixer grinder. 
  • Heat the Milk: 
    • Pour 1 glass of milk into a saucepan and heat it on medium flame. 
    • Add 2 spoonfuls of the dates powder to the milk.
  • Cook the Mixture:
    • Allow the milk to cook on medium flame until it reduces in quantity and thickens slightly. 
    • Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • Sweeten the Milk: 
    • Once the milk has thickened, add 1 teaspoon of sugar (or adjust according to your taste). 
    • Continue to boil the mixture for a few more minutes until the sugar dissolves completely.
